NADIA DI CARLO
Nadia Di Carlo is a global real estate professional with over 20 years in the industry and over $950mm in transactional experience across the globe. She leads a Boston based real estate investment, management and development firm focused primarily on the residential asset class. She still remains active in global real estate where her work spans from selling NPL portfolios of large European Banks, financing commercial developments in Asia to working on commercial real estate transactions in Latin America. Ms. Di Carlo worked in private equity in London for a global real estate investment management firm with $26 billion under management. Ms. Di Carlo also worked in Investment Banking for in NYC where she was involved in a number of financial advisory and underwriting engagements in the real estate sector from IPOS to M&A Advisory.
She holds a BS in Economics and Italian from Wellesley College and a MSRED, Masters in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Amongst her many pro bono and philanthropic endeavors, she is on the founding teams of two of the most powerful women’s and women in real estate networks, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Women Commercial Real Estate and Wellesley College’s WiCRE, Women in Commercial Real Estate. She has been a Speaker at several Real Estate Industry conferences. Ms. Di Carlo is a proud dual citizen of the US and Italy and shares her passion for philanthropy and all things Italian with her involvement in a number of professional and cultural groups, especially in her elected position as a representative member of the Italian Parliament serving Italians of New England.

NOEL DI CARLO
A seasoned Real estate Attorney Broker in Boston, Ms. Di Carlo is at the helm of the real estate industry in her daily work for Buyers, Lenders, Developers and in her role on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), which allows her to impact the future shape of the real estate industry. She is also the Co-Chair of the Residential Conveyancing Committee. She has been a speaker at multiple seminars including at the Italian Consulate, REBA, Suffolk University School of Law and Wellesley College. She was also a recurring guest on Money Matters Radio.

Ms. Di Carlo is a 2007 Cum Laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. She concentrates her practice in real estate and personal planning. She represents buyers, sellers, investors and lenders in the purchase or sale of primary and second homes and condos, as well as builders constructing new homes or converting residential property into condominiums.

Ms. Di Carlo particularly enjoys helping young families beyond their real estate needs in creating wills, trusts, guardianships and health care documents to protect themselves, their children and their pets. Her passions include being involved in charitable organizations such as MSPCA- Angell, Windrush Farm Therapeutic Equitation and Cape Ann Animal Aid.
